Glaucoma Study: Participants needed.
Our Iridologist, Carolyn Aitken, is conducting a study into iridology and glaucoma. Could you help?
As part of my glaucoma study, I am conducting important research into the way the iris of the eye looks like in individuals with glaucoma within Scotland.
The aim of my study is to better understand if variation in colours in different sectors of the iris or changes in iris shape is linked to glaucoma.
Your perspective is invaluable. By participating in a short consultation, you will contribute to a growing body of research that seeks to correlate iris patterns with clinical findings, this research highlights the emerging role of iridology in ophthalmic health and its potential application in complementing traditional diagnostic methods.
The consultations are entirely confidential and will be conducted at The Lomond Clinic 55-56 West Clyde Street, Helensburgh G84 8AX.
I am seeking individuals from all walks of life with glaucoma to take a photo of their irises to study the look of them. The consultation will be quick and non-invasive, all is required is a sharp photo of each eye.
