Before Your Appointment
When you book, you’ll be asked briefly about the reason for your visit so Dr Joyce can prepare appropriately. You will be asked to complete a consultation form prior to your appointment either by email or, if you prefer, a paper copy. You’re welcome to bring a list of questions or concerns – there’s plenty of time to discuss everything.
During Your Consultation
Your appointment will last a full 30 minutes. Dr Joyce will:

- Listen carefully to your symptoms and concerns

The Lomond Clinic doesn’t deal directly with insurance companies. However, we can provide detailed invoices for you to claim back from your health insurance if your policy covers private GP consultations.
